He may be the final boss, but he's not as tough as Clyde was (in a similar way to how Toc-Man wasn't as hard as Anubis Rex in the original). The only tricky part is that he anticipates where you're going and shoots in that direction, making it harder to dodge. Once he's down to his last bit of life, he skips the enemy-spawning attack and does the daze attack, which can get you if you don't know it's coming. It's possible to flip-kick him twice in a row, but I can't seem to do it.
Well, that's it for Pac-Man World 2. All that's left is to get some more tokens to unlock Ms. Pac-Man in the arcade.
