Lives lost: around 40...yes, forty.
This is without a doubt the hardest level in the game to get 100% on. Even if you take it as slow as you can, there are sections where you're forced to go at full speed to clear jumps. Every single pac-dot has to be collected, and as you can see in the video it's very hard (a lot of times impossible) to go back and get ones you missed. I originally thought I could never get 100% on this level, but with enough patience (and lives), anything is possible.
The full version with all my deaths included is 30 minutes long, so I've taken the liberty of cutting out all the extra deaths.
