Welcome to the Draculas Castle.
This is a critical path walkthrough intended to show an efficient sequence of events to complete the game as thoroughly as possible. All relics and bosses are included, but its up to the reader to find most other items along the way. The path is designed to minimize backtracking while allowing for a completionist playthrough, if thats what you want to do.

What we do in this video?
00:00:00 38. Take the ferry to retrieve the Merman Statue.
00:04:43 39. Unlock the shortcut to the Entrance and explore the area with your bat power to find items that were previously inaccessible.
00:11:55 40. Head back the other way and defeat the Scylla wyrm and then Scylla herself.
00:16:08 41. Take the second ferry to find the Holy Symbol.
00:18:18 42. Make your way to the Abandoned Mine.
00:34:11 43. Defeat Cerberus and find the Demon Card.
00:39:15 44. Continue to the Catacombs.
00:42:52 45. Use your bat echo ability to retrieve the Spike Breaker armor, then head the other way and defeat Granfaloon.
01:02:32 46. Use the warp room in the Abandoned Mine to return to the Entrance, then head towards the Royal Chapel via the Alchemy Laboratory.
01:15:15 47. Use the Spike Breaker and your mist ability to obtain the Silver Ring.
01:21:14 48. Equip both the Gold Ring and the Silver Ring and head to the clock at the center of the Marble Gallery.
01:26:08 49. Obtain the Holy glasses, then equip them and return to the Castle Keep.
01:42:27 50. Destroy Shafts controlling orb to free Richter Belmont from his power and gain access to the Inverted Castle.

00:09:53 52. Defeat Darkwing Bat to earn the Ring of Vlad.
00:11:05 53. Continue to the Reverse Outer Wall and fight The Creature to earn Tooth of Vlad.
00:42:25 54. Explore the Forbidden Library.
00:56:39 55. Seach for the Crissaegrim at the Forbidden Library by killing Schmoos.
01:12:31 56. Enter the Black Marble Gallery, following it to the Reverce Caverns.
01:20:22 57. Take on Doppleganger40 and earn the Dark Blade.
01:32:35 58. Make your way to the Cave and fight Death.
