This adventure Sean and I go caribou hunting on the Macomb Plateau. We started the day before opening to hike in the 9 miles and 3000ft of elevation gain to get up to the plateau. Our plan to hopefully get a nice bull opening day and then pack it down the 8 miles to the Johnson river where we could packraft out to the Alaska HWY.
