My pack goat, Smokey Joe, is taking his first trip to the mountains by himself, since his two buddies can no longer pack. I'm using these four days to see if he'll be ok--which he was!--which means we can go further back into the wilderness. He actually seemed calmer, and I think he enjoyed having all the attention.
My music website is jeweldirks.com. Soon after my first two dogs died of old age, my father died. A thoughtful theologian, I doubt if he believed in a heaven, but somehow the title seemed ok....
