Map name: Nocturnal Bottleneck Hypothesis

Not sure anyone else was willing to max this map, and I thought this map turned out better than most of my output, so doing it myself. :^) Hardest part is AVJ section IMO, so did that first, first time I got past it. Somehow survived the combat section first time too, even though I didn't quite do the right thing, lol. Better strategy seemed to be hide in the alcove I hide in, run around on top to the other alcove, then chill there until you run out of ammo and then go through center, rushing the AV megasphere is riskier but worked out. Was a bit nervous ngl just because first time far into the map but didn't screw anything up at least. The YK is a bit tricky to get (you have to make it on top of the RL, otherwise it's not possible to get to the intended way), but thankfully, you don't need it for the secret, and two raises of the staircase is enough, so I just go for the secret. Under 4 minutes is probably doable, this was about the time I expected without failing anything too much, which I'm happy with.
