Just like with Scuba Duba, Shark Attack's gameplay gets a massive overhaul, being its own "Hard Scuba Duba" under Re-PAC 2's framework.

The smaller sharks here can be attacks and defeated, but you must avoid the much bigger sharks at all costs, because being eaten by one is instant death. Keep out of the range of their vision and also don't swim too close to them, either.

I ended up playing this level twice. I didn't get the "Never get caught by the Wild Shark" Mission done, so I went back to try for it again.
