Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Chairman Stephen DeFrank says families and small businesses shouldn’t be forced to pay for infrastructure needed by some of the world’s largest energy users. DeFrank says the state must balance data center growth with protecting the reliability and affordability of the power grid.
