Behold the first official recording of the Owl Brotherhood. Three brothers who wound up in Oakland CA to bring you a truly unique sound, which falls somewhere between 70s heavy metal, punk, prog and space rock. Originally a cassette tape, this recording is now out on a 10”. Owl would later become a 4 piece with Alex and Axell both taking over guitar duties. I had the good fortune to play bass with the brothers from early 2014 to late 2017. We played many shows up and down the west coast, recorded an album and I even had my first kid during that time. My final show with Owl held the honor of sharing the stage with Manilla Road, Raven, Cirith Ungol and many other incredible bands at the Frost and Fire fest in Ventura. Look out for Owl’s 3rd full length Geomancy in late 2021!
