A prominent social club in Denver celebrates a special 75th edition of its debutante cotillion in 2026. Since 1951, the Owl Club has used this event to uplift and celebrate young, Black women in the Denver area as they graduate high school. Steeped in tradition but also emphasizing women’s civic and academic achievements, we follow the process behind the longest running debutante cotillion in Colorado.
