Newsflash investigated the situation, and found, that Tomi Lahren's problem, is in that she is competing with women who are instagram girls, which the high powered men she is dating find more attractive. Tomi appears to be upset that these men are not falling for her, since she's a big career women with a name and a big mouth. She retaliates, by saying, these girls have nothing going on, and that she has great value, in that she has something going on. What exactly that is, that Tomi has going on, remains to be seen by the men she's dating, likely because they haven't understood what her job currently is.
The problem may lie, in that Tomi is now only on a small network, Fox Nation, not the big Fox. Owen discusses the situation and gives his perspective as a male, coming up with a remarkable suggestion for Tomi, has she made dinner for her man lately. Owen poses this question, inferring that Tomi may be too hung up with her career, and not focused enough on embodying those timeless traits indicative of the female gender which brings out the natural affection in the male. When Tomi arrives home, she states being disinterested very quickly, she relates being tired, and wants to just sit, and watch TV, when her makeup comes off, that's it, she's done.
So possibly what's happening, is the guys are calling for a night out, spur of the moment, and Tomi in her apartment, with no makeup, too tired to doll up again, working her day job, to which there's remarkably little footage available, leaves her in a state of duress, and anger at the other girls who can go out anytime. It is likely, because of this information, that Owen's apparent question, of does she make dinner for her man, would render an affirmative no. Could this pose a problem, could it shed light on a larger problem, this is possible, because at the end of the day, no matter what the culture, or peer pressure shows, women and men, remain at their primal state, unchanged, women choose strength, protection, men choose, femininity, nurturing, appeal. The human race goes on, to reproduce, because of these inherit embodyments within the two opposing genders, joining to compliment each other in the formation of life.

But it's difficult to say whether Tomi can compete with these women online, who major in just posting pretty pictures, while she is busy ranting and yelling at a camera, on a now very small network, Fox Nation. The men Tomi has been dating, may get weary some of hearing her voice going off all the time, and quite possible going off on them, if they didn't plan the activity 2 weeks in advance.
A possible solution for Tomi may be, to get a position on the main Fox, perhaps on a show like the Five, where she could bask in the limelight of an over 3 million viewer audience at times, and possibly heat up the leg chair that Kimberly Guilfoyle left behind. This attention, and fame, would get the Instagram girls jealous, and have the men running back to her. Or, she could just go to church, and find a nice guy, don't aim to high, and he'd have less options open to get distracted, as well as have a moral foundation to remain faithful to one person.
