overwhelm is a short but very difficult game. there will be a lot of unfair and frustrating deaths, mostly from offscreen enemies. you lose if you die three times in a row. your deaths reset if you kill a boss, or deliver a crystal to the base, and also during the escape sequences.

new game+ mirrors the map, and decides the order of bosses randomly. haven't confirmed it, but it seems like it also adds more enemies.

this isn't the greatest run. had a lot of cheeky deaths, especially during the escape, but I managed to somehow make it through to the end. I timestamped the deaths feel free to skip. can use ctrl + arrow keys to jump around chapters
