I added some of my own commentary. This is my gameplay, heavily edited to show the skin in action.

The Magepunk skin is out for D.Va, which means I'm going to show her new steampunk style skin off in a video instead of Vendetta, the new DPS hero that just recently came out. And there's also the fact that everyone is going to focus on La Lupa, so I might as well focus on my favorite character with a showcase of her new cosmetics. This shows off her weapon colors - Golden Gun / Jade Gun / Galactic Gun and various animations in 1st / 3rd Person. The 6v6 gameplay shown here is also my first showing of the balance patch that they recently put out in this Season.

The Magepunk skins will likely stay in the shop until December 9, 2:00 PM EST (Season 20 start date).
The price of the Magepunk D.Va Bundle is 2,800 coins, with the other skins having various prices.
There's also a Magepunk Mega Bundle that includes everything for 5,900 coins with other heroes like Juno.

[Skin Thoughts]: I didn't expect another skin for her, and it's such a great original skin made for her. It even fits her so well as she pilots a mech, so a mechanic skin is a nice addition to her collection. Both the designs for her pilot form and her mech are amazing. It's not a flashy type of skin with the colors, this one is just has the right amount of detail to it. The highlight intro is cool too. I didn't care for her past name cards, but I do like this one.

[Note]: A mistake as I was too sleepy, but her light gun incorrectly shows her Golden Gun for the "Default" section at the beginning of the video. The coloring for her default threw me off, as I must have thought it looked similar to the weapon color. Fortunately, it's only just that part, and you can see the default color for the rest of the video.
