PODCAST SEASON 5 - OVERLAND THROUGH SOUTHEAST ASIA
I (Jan) continue to visit interesting sites in Kuala Lumpur. I go to the KLCC Aquarium, the ILHAM Public Art Gallery, the Petronas Twin Towers and the Petrosains Discovery Centre. I get a private tour in Rumah Penghulu Abu Seman, a 100 years old refurbished and relocated house. Furthermore I explore the Chow Kit Wet Market, the largest market i have seen in Malaysia, and Kampung Baru, a section of Kuala Lumpur with traditional wooden houses. It feels like a rural place, but sits between the skycrapers. I make further arrangements for shipment of the car and have an interesting lunch experience in Tatt Khalsa Gurdwara, the largest Sikh Temple of Southeast Asia.
