Learn the Overhand Race & Chase® with the RMT® Rope. Rehearse the figure-eight hand pattern, set your rope grip, then follow the full overhand demonstration.

The lesson uses the top thumb to lead the overhand figure eight. The instructor shows the OK grip above the handles and the stacked-hand position before putting the pattern together with the rope.
