Today I face off against Sayulitas' GIANT Bacon Wrapped Burrito Challenge!
In the first episode of my California trip, I make a pit stop in Las Vegas, Nevada at Sayulitas, a spot known for its over-the-top portions and bold, creative flavors. Famous for its massive burritos, loaded fries, and bacon-wrapped creations, Sayulitas blends classic Mexican ingredients with Filipino staples like tocino sweet bacon and ube-inspired desserts. With huge portions across the entire menu, it’s a go-to spot for food lovers, and don’t be surprised if you leave with a to-go box. You’ll definitely be leaving full and satisfied.

The challenge features a massive bacon-wrapped burrito made with three 16-inch tortillas stuffed with carne asada, tocino sweet bacon, Mexican cheese, sour cream, guacamole, chipotle sauce, French fries, and even more cheese. On top of that, the entire burrito is wrapped in 16 strips of bacon and fried to perfection, weighing anywhere from 8 to 14 pounds. You have one hour to finish all the food to get your $100 meal free, bragging rights, and a full tummy.
