I still dont know why in Resident Evil 2 the regular grenades 3 piece spread could only hit one target per grenade which is really weird. Its most likely something related to how the game was programmed as you can see that in Classic RE games they never did it again with it and that includes the Bowgun as well but unlike the grenades, all 3 bolts could hit the same target no problem... We will never know XD!
