I could talk for a while about Alex Bent's drumming. I think he's the embodiment of outstanding drum parts. He's the proof that less isn't always more. Some of the toughest covers I've done on this channel were Trivium songs from his era.
This last EP he did with Trivium showcases how incredible of a drummer and songwriter he is. It's filled with outstanding drum parts that I'll try to cover as soon as possible. This was super fun to work on. It unfortunately broke my splash though :')
Also shoutout to Alex Rudinger who plays in Trivium now. Big shoes to fill but we all know Alex is the perfect guy for the job. Been following him for a long time and I'd love to see them live with him.
All that being said let me know what I should cover next in this series. I aim to reach 100 outstanding drum parts at some point.
