Lots of strange files. Play them anyways!

This port was held up by the holdcull modifiers for a while (and also predates ActorScreenTexture!)...
It probably needs some polishing when I revisit all my ports...
Simfile changes:
SSC to load lua and not xml

Visual changes:
drunk and tipsy are a little bit different, so some things don't line up with the original...

Mod changes:
80 holdstealth becomes 55 holdstealth because it's additive!
Consistent drawsize with metrics

Internal changes:
modtimer becomes modtimersong
Needed to *-1 some rotz and rotx because SM5 AFTs
101 splinetype is cubic type
SetRotationOrder becomes SetMatrixRotOrder
Attempted having p2 not pop in during the driven drop section
Incremented some columns
Did some relative positioning because it hurts less
100 cull is CullMode_Back
Scaled some positions, zooms and basezooms
Lots of pain with turning all nITG AFTs into SM5 AFTs
