At Base, our lovely apartment accommodation in Vevey, Switzerland, we did this Vegetable Salad. Base is in Quai de la Veveyse 8, 1800, Vevey, Switzerland. It's conveniently located and highly recommended. Our fresh vegetables include lettuce, baby rockets or Arugula, seasoned with Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar, French sauce, salt and pepper, and sprinkled with Gruyere cheese and nuts.
