As an advocate for local food, nutrient-dense food, and resilient local food systems, I want to talk about the claims of a creator that are going viral: she says our food is being replaced with fake food or something is suspicious. Yeah...something is suspicious, it's the rise of pseudoscience and anti-intellectualism in the US.
