On day 2, we got time to ourselves to walk around Amsterdam. Cyndi's been there several times, and knew where to go and what to show. We finish the day with a tour of the ship, a Safety Briefing (the river is deep enough to drown in, I guess) and a gourmet dinner in the ship's Chef's Table restaurant.
