In what sense is Scripture sufficient?

Former Pentecostal pastor Kenny Burchard looks at the question of the material and formal sufficiency of Scripture through the lens of a hardware store analogy:

Just because a hardware store contains everything one might need to build a house (material sufficiency), it doesn't mean everyone who goes to that store knows how to assemble those materials correctly (formal sufficiency).
