Since Otakon moved to Washington DC in 2017, a significant part of the cosplayer action is at the Cosplayer's Skybridge. Cosplayer's Skybridge is on the second floor of the Washington Convention Center and to get there you walk though Cosplayer's Lane (the staircase) from the main entryway.

This is documentary about the only anime convention in the United States that operated normally during the Coronachan Panic, no mask mandates or vax mandates, at a time where every anime convention had mandates either imposed by the governments where they located or self imposed: Anime Matsuri 2021.
The Ministry of Otaku was one of them, and was one of the few (and possibly the only) independent journalist that documented what happened 4 days was spent recording what happened.
This is Episode 5 of a ongoing series.
