In this S4x26 session Dale introduces the OT Incident Impact Score (Impact Score). Inspired by Munish Walther-Puri as a "Richter scale for OT incidents." This is a score for your Mom, Dad, neighbor, media, or elected official so they can easily determine if the impact on society. (Hint: a lot of the hysteria on OT cyber incidents had little or no impact).
Dale introduces the score, the crowd sourcing site to generate the score for future incidents, and then Munish, Kelly Jackson Higgins, and Bob Hanson discuss the score and what it will mean for the media, general public and incident responders.
