After the sample collector containing material from the asteroid Bennu was safely stowed on the OSIRIS-REx Sample Return Capsule, the lid closed down and everything is ready to send the capsule to Earth. The spacecraft will leave the asteroid in March 2021 and the capsule will come back to Earth in September 2023. For scale, the capsule is 80 cm wide and 50 tall.
