La OSHO® MEDITAZIONE NADABRAHMA fa parte di un gruppo di OSHO ACTIVE MEDITATIONS, create dal mistico contemporaneo Osho. Tutte le OSHO Active Meditations® (OSHO® Meditazioni Attive) prevedono un’attività fisica, a volte più intensa e a volte più tranquilla, seguita da inattività e un stato di quiete. Alcune meditazioni sono consigliate in momenti specifici della giornata. Tutte sono accompagnate da una musica appositamente composta per sostenere le diverse fasi.

Nadabrahma è la meditazione dello ‘humming’. Attraverso questo suono e il movimento delle mani, le parti in conflitto dentro di te cominciano ad accordarsi, portando armonia a tutto il tuo essere. Poi, con il corpo e la mente in totale sintonia, “scivoli fuori dalla loro presa”, e diventi testimone di entrambi. Questo osservare dall’esterno è ciò porta pace, silenzio e beatitudine.
Questa meditazione deve essere praticata usando la musica specifica per la OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation, che scandisce e sostiene energicamente le diverse fasi.
* ISTRUZIONI:*
La meditazione dura un’ora ed è composta da tre stadi. La meditazione termina quando senti tre colpi di gong. Gli occhi rimangono chiusi per tutto il tempo.
Primo stadio: 30 minuti
Siediti in una posizione rilassata con gli occhi chiusi e le labbra unite. Inizia a emettere il suono continuo ‘mmmmmm’, sufficientemente forte da essere udito da altri, e crea una vibrazione nel tuo intero corpo. Puoi visualizzare una canna cava o un recipiente vuoto, riempito solo con la vibrazione del suono ‘mmmmmm’. Arriverà un punto in cui il suono continua da solo e tu diventi l’ascoltatore. Non c’è una respirazione particolare e puoi modificare la tonalità del suono o muovere il corpo con delicatezza e lentezza, se te lo senti.
Zweite Phase: 15 Minuten
Die zweite Phase ist in zwei Abschnitte von jeweils 7½ Minuten unterteilt.
In der ersten Hälfte bewegst du deine Hände, Handflächen nach oben, in einer kreisförmigen Bewegung nach außen. Ausgehend vom Nabel bewegen sich beide Hände nach vorn und dann auseinandergehend in zwei großen Kreisen spiegelbildlich nach rechts und links. Die Bewegung sollte so langsam sein, dass es zuweilen so aussieht, als ob es überhaupt keine Bewegung gibt. Fühle, dass du Energie nach außen an das Universum gibst.
Wenn sich die Musik nach 7½ Minuten verändert, drehe die Handflächen um, sodass sie nach unten zeigen, und fange an, sie in die umgekehrte Richtung zu bewegen. Nun kommen die Hände zum Nabel hin zusammen und gehen seitlich des Körpers nach außen auseinander. Fühle, dass du Energie nach innen nimmst. So, wie in der ersten Phase, unterdrücke keine sanften, langsamen Bewegungen im übrigen Körper.
Secondo stadio: 15 minuti
Il secondo stadio è diviso in due parti, ciascuna di sette minuti e mezzo.
Nella prima parte, muovi le mani, con i palmi rivolti verso l’alto, in un movimento circolare diretto verso l’esterno. Partendo dall’ombelico, entrambe le mani si muovono in avanti per poi dividersi e comporre due larghi cerchi speculari, a destra e a sinistra. Il movimento dovrebbe essere così lento che, a volte, sembrerà non esserci affatto movimento. Senti che stai dando energia verso l’esterno all’universo.
Dopo sette minuti e mezzo, quando la musica cambia, gira le mani con il palmo verso il basso e inizia a muoverle nella direzione opposta. Ora le mani si accosteranno l’una all’altra in direzione dell’ombelico e da lì si separeranno andando verso fuori ai lati del corpo. Senti che stai prendendo energia dentro di te. Come nel primo stadio, non inibire gli eventuali movimenti morbidi e lenti del resto del corpo.
Terzo stadio: 15 minuti
Ora ferma il movimento delle mani e semplicemente siedi rilassato.
**** *NOTA BENE:*
• Lascia che corpo e la mente siano totalmente uniti, ma ricorda che devi diventare un testimone; liberatene con leggerezza, lentamente, dalla porta sul retro, senza combattere, senza lottare.
