Die OSHO NATARAJ MEDITATION®️ gehört zu einer Gruppe von OSHO ACTIVE MEDITATIONS des zeitgenössischen Mystikers Osho. Alle OSHO Active Meditations enthalten Bewegung – mal intensiv und körperlich, mal sanfter – gefolgt von Inaktivität, Stille. Einige der Meditationen werden für bestimmte Tageszeiten empfohlen. Alle werden von Musik begleitet, die speziell dafür komponiert wurde, die verschiedenen Phasen zu unterstützen.

Nataraj ist die Energie des Tanzes. Es ist Tanzen als eine Meditation, bei der alle innere Spaltung verschwindet und eine feinfühlige, entspannte Bewusstheit zurückbleibt.
Die Meditation wird mit der speziellen OSHO Nataraj Meditations Musik gemacht, sie zeigt die verschiedenen Phasen an und unterstützt sie energetisch.
*ANLEITUNG:*
Die Meditation dauert 65 Minuten und hat drei Phasen.
Erste Phase: 40 Minuten
Tanze mit geschlossenen Augen wie besessen. Lass dein Unbewusstes komplett übernehmen. Beherrsche deine Bewegungen nicht, und sei auch kein Zeuge dessen was geschieht. Geh einfach total im Tanz auf.
Zweite Phase: 20 Minuten
Halte die Augen geschlossen und lege dich sofort hin. Sei ruhig und still.
Dritte Phase: 5 Minuten
Tanze, feiere und freue dich.
**** *BITTE BEACHTE:*
• Vergiss den Tänzer, das Zentrum des Egos und werde zum Tanz. Das ist die Meditation. Tanze so hingebungsvoll, dass du darüber völlig vergisst, dass ‚du‘ tanzt. Fühle immer mehr, dass du der Tanz bist. Die Trennung muss verschwinden, dann wird daraus eine Meditation.
• Tanzen ist eine der tiefsten Meditationen, die möglich sind, aus dem einfachen Grund, dass der Tänzer verschwindet, wenn der Tanz seinen Höhepunkt erreicht. Es gibt nur noch den Tanz – es gibt niemanden, der tanzt.
• Und dann ist da eine Bewusstheit, die nichts mit dem Kopf und nichts mit den Ego zu tun hat. Und diese Bewusstheit kann man nicht üben, als Vorbereitung muss etwas anderes gemacht werden, dann kommt diese Bewusstheit zu dir. Du brauchst nur für sie verfügbar zu sein.
