La OSHO® MEDITAZIONE KUNDALINI fa parte di un gruppo di OSHO ACTIVE MEDITATIONS, create dal mistico contemporaneo Osho. Tutte le OSHO Active Meditations® (OSHO® Meditazioni Attive) prevedono un’attività fisica, a volte più intensa e a volte più tranquilla, seguita da inattività e un stato di quiete. Alcune meditazioni sono consigliate in momenti specifici della giornata. Tutte sono accompagnate da una musica appositamente composta per sostenere le diverse fasi.

Questa meditazione trova il suo momento migliore se fatta al tramonto o nel tardo pomeriggio. Immergersi totalmente nello scuotimento e nella danza durante i primi due stadi aiuta a “sciogliere” il proprio essere irrigiditi come sassi in qualsiasi punto il fluire dell’energia sia stato represso e bloccato. Poi quell’energia può fluire, danzare ed essere trasformata in gioia e beatitudine.
Gli ultimi due stadi permettono a tutta questa energia di fluire verticalmente, di muoversi verso l’alto nel silenzio. È un modo estremamente efficace di rilassarsi e lasciarsi andare alla fine della giornata.
Questa meditazione deve essere praticata usando la musica specifica per la OSHO Kundalini Meditation, che scandisce e sostiene energicamente le diverse fasi.
* ISTRUZIONI:*
La meditazione dura un’ora ed è composta da quattro stadi. La meditazione termina quando senti tre colpi di gong.
Primo stadio: 15 minuti
Sii sciolto e lascia che l’intero corpo si scuota. Senti salire le energie dai piedi verso l’alto. Lascia andare ogni singola parte e diventa lo scuotimento.
Gli occhi possono essere aperti o chiusi.
Secondo stadio: 15 minuti
Danza – in qualsiasi modo senti, e lascia che tutto il corpo si muova come desidera.
Gli occhi possono essere aperti o chiusi.
Terzo stadio: 15 minuti
Chiudi gli occhi e rimani fermo, seduto o in piedi, osservando come un testimone qualsiasi cosa stia succedendo, dentro e fuori.
Quarto stadio: 15 minuti
Tenendo gli occhi chiusi, sdraiati e rimani fermo.
**** *NOTA BENE:*
• Nel quarto stadio puoi scegliere di rimanere seduto, se lo desideri.
• Se stai facendo la Meditazione Kundalini, lascia accadere lo scuotimento – non farlo! Stai in piedi in silenzio, sentilo arrivare; e quando nel tuo corpo inizia un piccolo tremito, incoraggialo, ma non farlo! Goditelo, sentiti estatico, dagli spazio, accoglilo, dagli il benvenuto, ma non farlo! Se lo forzi, diventerà un esercizio, un esercizio fisico del corpo. In questo caso lo scuotimento ci sarà, ma sarà solo in superficie; non entrerà in profondità dentro di te. Rimarrai solido, simile a una roccia, incrollabile; rimarrai il manipolatore, colui che agisce, e il corpo si limiterà a seguirti. Il corpo non è il problema, il problema sei tu. Quando dico scuotiti, mi riferisco alla tua solidità; il tuo essere incrollabile come una roccia deve scuotersi proprio dalle fondamenta, in modo che diventi liquido, fluido, si sciolga e scorra. E quando il tuo essere pietrificato si scioglierà, anche il tuo corpo lo seguirà. A quel punto non ci sarà colui che si scuote, ma solo lo scuotimento; allora nessuno lo starà facendo, semplicemente accadrà da solo. Colui che agisce non cè più. Gioisci, ma non volerlo. E ricorda, ogni volta che vuoi una cosa, non ne puoi godere. Sono contrari e opposti, non si incontrano mai. Se vuoi una cosa non ne puoi godere, se ne godi non puoi volerla
• Se scuoti il tuo corpo correttamente per quindici minuti, con una sensazione totale, allora tutta lenergia repressa inizierà a manifestarsi e fluire.

MÉDITATION OSHO NATARAJ [OSHO Active Meditations*
La MÉDITATION OSHO®️ NATARAJ fait partie dun groupe de MÉDITATIONS OSHO ACTIVES crées par le mystique contemporain OSHO. Toutes les Méditations Osho Actives impliquent laction – parfois intense et physique, parfois plus douce – suivie par linaction, limmobilité. Certaines de ces méditations sont recommandées pour des moments particuliers de la journée. Toutes sont accompagnées d’une musique spécialement composée pour soutenir les différentes phases.

Nataraj est lénergie de la danse. Cest la danse en tant que méditation, où toute division intérieure disparaît et une conscience subtile et détendue subsiste.
La méditation doit être faite avec sa musique spécifique OSHO Nataraj Meditation, qui supporte énergétiquement les différentes phases.
*INSTRUCTIONS :*
La méditation dure 65 minutes et comporte trois phases.
Première phase : 40 minutes
Les yeux fermés, danse comme un possédé. Laisse ton inconscient prendre complètement le dessus. Ne contrôle pas tes mouvements ou n’essaie pas d’être témoin de ce qui se passe. Sois juste totalement dans la danse.
Deuxième phase : 20 minutes
En gardant les yeux fermés, allonge-toi immédiatement. Reste silencieux et immobile.
Troisième phase : 5 minutes
Danse, célèbre et réjouis-toi.
**** *NOTE:*
• Oublie le danseur, le centre de lego. Deviens la danse. Cest ça la méditation. Danse si profondément que tu oublies complètement que tu danses et commence à sentir que tu es la danse. La division doit disparaître. Alors, ça devient une méditation.
• La danse est lune des méditations les plus profondes possibles, pour la simple raison que lorsque la danse atteint son apogée, le danseur disparaît. Il ny a que la danse - il ny a personne qui danse.
• Et alors, il existe une conscience qui ne vient pas du mental ni de lego. En fait, cette conscience ne peut être pratiquée ; il faut faire quelque chose dautre en tant que préparation, et cette conscience vient à toi. Tu dois simplement te rendre disponible pour elle.
