The developer of Las Vegas’ towering Fontainebleau resort has picked up a massive house in the suburbs — from a former Golden Knights fan favorite.
Property records indicate that developer Jeffrey Soffer and his wife, Colleen, acquired a two-story, 9,857-square-foot home in the Summit Club, a wealthy enclave of Las Vegas’ Summerlin community, for $25 million.
The sale, by former NHL goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury, closed last month, records show.
The mansion wasn’t formally listed for sale, so its luxe features weren’t publicized on real estate sites such as Zillow. But Clark County records show that the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house was built last year, that it occupies a 0.8-acre lot, and that its garage alone spans around 2,100 square feet.
Soffer’s real estate firm, Florida-based Fontainebleau Development, did not provide any comments for this story.
