A lecture with 'Air Anatomy' gestures is used to teach the spatial orientation of the cardiac chambers from the front view perspective. The anatomically correct heart orientation is correlated with the popular 'Valentine heart' orientation to simplify the content. A demonstration of the dissected specimen of the heart in-situ is added to summarize and clarify the concepts. Minimal graphics are used as an add on to help 'visualize' the chambers.
