👋 Meet Judith, one of our alumni from the Master’s program Organization and Management Studies. She is passionate about organizational agility and about fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. In this Master’s, you’ll learn to look at organizations from different angles, like structure, culture, and change across individual, team, and organizational levels. This program equips you to become an organizational analyst, capable of understanding organizational challenges and helping businesses and governments navigate rapidly changing environments.
