The Oregon State Police posted a video to their social media Tuesday of a Harney County driver attempting a risky pass. The post said the Ford driver just missed the e/b semi-trailer and likely death but struck the driver's side of the w/b semi-trailer. No one was injured and the driver was cited for careless driving, according to police.
