Scripture makes it clear that God's people are a covenant people. Covenants are made within ordinances. But are ordinances really necessary? Can I be a good person and still go to heaven? Are ordinances just hoops God makes us jump through or a made up part of organized religion that has no real or lasting meaning? Or are ordinances truly requisite for entrance into the highest levels of heaven?
