In Bravely Default 2 there are optional quest bosses. This Enormocrag guide gives tips on how to beat him as well as how to unlock the fight. You can find Enormocrag in Hydrangea Hills to the north of Halcyonia. I suggest buying what ever the strongest staffs are in Savalon to up your magical damage if you use Black Mages like I do here.

Edna is Bravely Default 2s final boss of Chapter 5. I think Edna grants us the most complex boss fight weve had yet in Bravely Default II. I recommend being at least level 56 for this fight.

Adamant Armour - Rimedhal Shop

The second Challenge Portal can be found north-east of Savalon, entering the Halls of Tribulation will task you with refighting Galahad, Glenn, & Gladys.
This is how to unlock level 15 for the Shieldmaster, Salve Maker, and Swordmaster jobs. The fight requires fighting 3 bosses at the same time, so make sure youre well equipped! I highly suggest grabbing the equipment I mention in this guide.
This Challenge Portal is Halls of Tribulation III oddly enough the 1st Hall of Tribulation can not be unlocked until Chapter 7.
I am doing this boss fight on the Hard Mode difficulty, so it might be easier for you than it looks here.
