In early May 2024, Southeast Texas was hit by severe flooding due to continuous rainfall and river runoff. The San Jacinto River and its tributaries overflowed, affecting communities still recovering from past disasters. With water levels reaching up to 12 feet, hundreds of homes have been damaged.

Team Rubicon is on the ground conducting a response operation in Walker County. Our veteran-led volunteers are providing essential services, including debris management, chainsaw operations, and muck-out efforts to help the community recover.
