The depiction of black women in the media is something often left undiscussed. A common criticism of The Boondocks' show was being misogynistic for the lack of black female representation. And while, I have my own opinions on that matter, I figured it'd be cool to close out 2018 with a video discussing this idea of black female representation with Michiko & Hatchin, while addressing this criticism.
