Fri 20th September to Sunday 22nd September 2024
Friday is a mass phone and email (polite) bombardment of Impex couriers and their bankers HSBC.
Saturday will be HSBC demos outside their banks. Obviously this is for the people not out sabbin as the season will have started.
We need to try to get as many of their branches covered in one day!!
Perhaps as groups we can do several branches for half an hour each in our areas?
Sunday: another mass gathering in the Huntingdon area (exact location will be revealed 3 weeks before).
Why Operation Achilles?
As we all are part of a resurgence of anti-vivisection and Animal Liberation, we're using the exact same name as the police operation in 2007, used to smash SHAC and the movement.
It seems fitting, along with the fact that puppy torture is the Achilles heel of the vivisection industry.
And Impex being the weakest link in this twisted chain.
Operation Achilles is a peaceful protest.
Who's up for a whole weekend of pressure on Impex?!
We cannot emphasise enough how Operation 1,000 was just the beginning.
