In today's news video I show you a new Glare effect that is available in a recent nightly build of OpenToonz. The developer of this, Shun Iwasawa, has made a video to explain exactly how to use it.

If you want to try this out, first take a backup copy of any projects, and the download the nightly build and install it from here:
