Download openFormats I/O - http://www.dev-c.com/gtaiv/ofio
Import:
1 - Run OpenIV
2 - Open vehicles.img
3 - Select model which you want export
4 - Click Export to openFormats
5 - Run 3Ds Max
6 - Under OPEN FORMATS I/O section in FRAGMENTS OFT group click Import single button
7 - Select *.OFT file to import
8 - Done. Now you have your vehicle imported.
Export:
1 - Prepare your model to export
2 - Select root node of your model (starts with ft_ prefix)
3 - Under OPEN FORMATS I/O section in FRAGMENTS OFT group click Export single button
4 - Go to OpenIV
5 - Import *.OFT file
6 - Done.")
