This summer, WSDOT will open new HOV lanes on northbound and southbound I-5 between Fife and Tacoma. This will officially connect HOV lanes from State Route 16 in Gig Harbor to I-5 into King County. This video highlights all the work that has gone into this effort from the past three years to open the HOV lanes and ultimately finish I-5 Portland Avenue to Port of Tacoma Road - Southbound HOV project.
