It’s no secret that our deck crews have the best views in Puget Sound. When focusing on the safe navigation of a ferry, the view is seen differently by the captain who keeps a watchful eye on the radar screen as well as the water to avoid rogue crab pots, whales, other marine vessels and such. One of the many that safely transports millions of customers in our system is Capt. Greg Sugden who also happens to be the longest serving captain in the Washington State Ferries fleet.
