1) open loop L2
2) one plate of capacitor directly connected instead of connecting to metal outside in previous setups.

Goal?:
Can I build up pulses that are referenced to Earth ground?

Why?:
Two or more sources of electricity can only help each other uf they are referenced to each other.

What ways I know to reference?
1) Direct connection
2) Electric field created by resonance
