The City of Ontario Municipal Utilities Company (OMUC) and Public Works Integrated Waste have created a series of videos to highlight the services we provide to residents and businesses, as well as to explain the rate-setting process we are required to complete periodically. This process ensures we can continue delivering the high level of service our customers expect while meeting all legal requirements and obligations.
Through these videos, you’ll also meet many of our dedicated staff members, who share their roles and the actions they take each day to provide not only essential services, but exceptional public service to our community.
