Remember, Remember... is a hidden achievement in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. To earn the Remember, Remember... achievement, you must intentionally fail the quest by getting rid of Goliath near the mine entrance. Once he is gone, return to the Guild's hideout, where you first met him and the other members.
You'll now be able to interact with the cooking pot over the fire. Press the appropriate button to "Throw barrel into the fire", which will result in an explosion that kills Henry and ends the game. This unlocks the achievement.
