Watch Enrico Teotti introduce a new experiment by Avanscoperta: Online Facilitation Lab.
This series of events will run every other Wednesday at 5pm CEST (Italy) and it will start on October 7, 2020.
Why? The reason for this Lab is that learning is not static, it doesn't just happen with somebody telling you something and you learn. We firmly believe in learning with practice and this Online Facilitation Lab will be a safe space to practice and playfully experiment.
At times Enrico will be live sketch noting conversations to capture some of our discussions but there won't be a recording to let people ask away and experiment, perhaps bring in their context without thinking about being recorded.
Who is invited? All you nice people out there. Scrummaster, facilitators, developers trying to make their online sessions more effective. Experienced or not, you're eager to learn and share. There will be zero tolerance for the wise people coming down from the mountain with an attitude, we're all here to learn in. Come with empathy, bring some online facilitation questions or experiments to share and you'll have a blast!
What are we gonna do? Reflect and discuss on your online facilitation stories, experiments, failures, successes. We're mostly interested in the failures and what can we all learn from it and to test and play with the future of online facilitation.
How? If we're overwhelmed by contributions, we'll prioritize what we'd like to cover. Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
Expect the unexpected.
