Ive a bad throat so, no commentary for this one. Heres the complete breakdown of the fights on NG+1 and NG+5 (where I stun lock here and she never gets another turn).
*NEW GAME PLUS 1 STRATEGY:*
I think this is obvious from the video and doesnt require much information. But if you need me to explain, let me know in the comments and I will update the description. You dont need First Life if you havent defeated Chromatic Lampmaster. You should still be able to defeat Clea with the same strategy.
*NEW GAME PLUS 5 STRATEGY:*
This is where things get interesting. Set your turn order to Maelle, Monoco and Sciel.
1. Shoot with Maelle to increase burn and then attack. On her next turn, do last chance.
2. Have Monoco shoot and then base attack to apply greater defenceless. Shoot again and skip turn.
3. Fortunes Fury on Maelle. Wait. Skip with Monoco and wait for Cleas turn.
4. Parry it!
5. Apply 10 Foretell with Sciel by shooting and then attack. Do Intervention on Monoco so he goes next.
6. Use Break Point Level 3 Gradient as Monoco to Stun Clea. Shoot and then base attack to increase Gradient Charge and apply greater defenceless. I didnt attack much so it never maxed out before Maelles turn.
7. The goal now is to make sure before Maelles turn the Gradient Bar is maxed out.
8. Any time you see Cleas turn come up, shoot to apply 10 Foretell and then use Delaying Slash. This will delay Cleas upcoming turn. Use Fortunes Fury on Maelle. Monoco needs to max the Gradient Bar before Maelle, so that she can consume it and together with Fortunes Fury, deal big damage via Burning Canvas.
9. Keep repeating this to stun Clea and attack her until she is no longer unleashed.

This is on New Game/First Playthrough. Came up with a build that does not use EXPOSING ATTACK and defeats all 4 DLC Super Bosses while using less than 300 Lumina Points for each character.
Make sure to have the same attributes, stats, Picto levels and Lumina for same results. The build Im using is meant to be one for all the 4 DLC Super Bossess:
Chromatic Lampmaster
Duollistes (Duolliste)
Clea Unleashed
Simon, The Divergent Star

TURN ORDER:
Remove everyone from your party except Monoco. Then add Maelle followed by Sciel. Be sure to be at full HP at the start of the battle.
CLEA UNLEASHED:
Turn 1 & 2 Monoco: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to reach 100 burns and maximize the Gradient Bar.
Turn 1 Maelle: Use Last Chance to switch to Virtuose stance. Shortcut will proc allowing her to go again twice.
Turn 2 Maelle: Use Egide so she parries enemy attacks herself instead of the other characters.
Turn 3 Maelle: Use Last Chance again to switch to Virtuose stance.
Turn 1 Sciel: Use Rush to apply increase speed allowing Maelle to go right after Monoco. You should be able to see this in the turn order.
Turn 2 Sciel: Cast Fortunes Fury on Maelle.
Cleas Turns: Have Maelle parry all of her attacks.
Turn 3 Monoco: Use Grosse Tete Whack to apply Greater Defenceless. Clea should have over 100 burns.
Turn 4 Monoco: Skip turn.
Turn 4 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to finish off the fight.
