Update: If you are on NG+1 and Simon DS is going before Lune's next turn, try increasing her speed some more by equipping any other speed boosting Pictos. This should get the job done.
You guys asked for it, so here it is! The reason I took a little longer was to test out some stuff. If you saw last Divergent Simon video, there were a lot of Luminas that I used. But you know me, I had to bring it all down to the bare minimum. So, here I am.
In this video, I’ll show you how to do over 2 billion damage to Simon the Divergent Star and explain some really important key points that will make this battle a lot more easier.
I read your comments where some said that the damage numbers didn't work for or if I was using a mod (lol, I'm on the PS5). So, I'm going to address everything in this video and explain all the necessary mechanics to defeat Simon, The Divergent Star.
Unlike my last video, I went minimalistic so anyone with low Lumina Points could do this,

This is on New Game/First Playthrough. Came up with a build that does not use EXPOSING ATTACK and defeats all 4 DLC Super Bosses while using less than 300 Lumina Points for each character.
Make sure to have the same attributes, stats, Picto levels and Lumina for same results. The build Im using is meant to be one for all the 4 DLC Super Bossess:
Chromatic Lampmaster
Duollistes (Duolliste)
Clea Unleashed
Simon, The Divergent Star

TURN ORDER:
Remove everyone from your party except Monoco. Then add Maelle followed by Sciel. Be sure to be at full HP at the start of the battle.
CLEA UNLEASHED:
Turn 1 & 2 Monoco: Shoot until no AP is left. Then do a Base Attack. The goal is to reach 100 burns and maximize the Gradient Bar.
Turn 1 Maelle: Use Last Chance to switch to Virtuose stance. Shortcut will proc allowing her to go again twice.
Turn 2 Maelle: Use Egide so she parries enemy attacks herself instead of the other characters.
Turn 3 Maelle: Use Last Chance again to switch to Virtuose stance.
Turn 1 Sciel: Use Rush to apply increase speed allowing Maelle to go right after Monoco. You should be able to see this in the turn order.
Turn 2 Sciel: Cast Fortunes Fury on Maelle.
Cleas Turns: Have Maelle parry all of her attacks.
Turn 3 Monoco: Use Grosse Tete Whack to apply Greater Defenceless. Clea should have over 100 burns.
Turn 4 Monoco: Skip turn.
Turn 4 Maelle: Use Burning Canvas to finish off the fight.

This is on Actual NG+2. No HP Multiplier was used. Enemies get more HP and stats on every NG+ up till NG+5.
If youre wondering about how Sciel got an extra turn, its because she gets Rush through Accelerating Shots via Free Aim Shots. This gets her three turns. Make sure your speed is close to what is in the video.
