Video footage shows two women in Harbin’s Daoli District narrowly escaping a life-threatening situation on Anguo Street. At first, the water appeared to be rising slowly, but groundwater began seeping in, while flood water poured through both the back courtyard and the front entrance. With the added risk of an electrical leak, the area quickly became dangerous, and the property was flooded within minutes. Thankfully, both women were rescued in time.
