One of my goals in everyday life is pretty simple ➡️ keep up with @julietstarrett.

She's always up for a hike, a ski day, a workout, or an adventure. I don't want to be the one saying, "Give me a minute, I'm still recovering."

That's one of the reasons creatine has become part of my routine.

Sure, most people know it for supporting strength and lean muscle, but the research keeps expanding.

We're learning more about its role in recovery, cognitive health, and helping you stay ready to train again tomorrow.

Juliet has another reason to take it. 💪 Maintaining muscle becomes even more important through menopause, alongside lifting weights and getting enough protein.

Creatine is one more tool that supports those efforts.

That's why we've both been using @live.momentous’ Signature Spec® Creatine.

It's high-quality creatine monohydrate that's rigorously tested, so we know exactly what we're putting in our bodies.

For me, it all comes back to one thing: I want to wake up feeling ready for whatever Juliet has planned next.
